Howto run the internal test on Wafer/MCM/ROB ?

1) Select the proper target in scsn_ids.tcs) Select the proper mode in the Makefile
3) Select the proper target in target_type
4) Select the proper target in assembler.inc

ROB

   user: robocop
 passwd: trdrob01

0) Bridge test

  ./ROB_config/bridge_r0
  ./ROB_config/bridge_r1

1) TRAP Internal test

  Configure scsn_ids.tcs -> already done at the beginning
  Edit run10times , change Basename
  ./ROB_config/run10times

2) PASA analog test

  cd pasa_adc
  # Edit plot, change Basename
  # Edit Makefile, change ROBTYPE
  ./plot

3) Temp sensor test

  cd ..
  # Edit ROB_config/tempSensors, change Basename
  ./ROB_config/tempSensors

Data directories:

1) log_report     <- TRAP Internal test results
2) pasa_adc/plots <- PASA & temp sensor test results
