Full test of the global and privat constants via global bus and short direct test. In the latter
 the used test patterns are 0, 1, 0xAAAAAAA and 0x5555555. DBANK is used to represent the result.
 The number of errors, encountered during the test via global bus and direct test is accumulated
 and represented by the value in the address of the DBANK, calculated by the following formula:
    address =  0xF000 + address of the constant tested - 0xC00
