Howto run the internal test on Wafer/MCM/ROB ?

1) Select the proper target in scsn_ids.tcs
2) Select the proper target in target_type

1) TRAP Internal test

  Run:
  ROB_config/run10times

2) PASA analog test

  cd pasa_adc
  ./plot

3) Temp sensor test

  cd ..
  ROB_config/tempSensors


Data directories:

1) ~/robTester/results/trap_internal   <- TRAP Internal test results
2) ~/robTester/results/pasa_adc        <- PASA & temp sensor test results
