Restore ChInjTest

On mainMSC.pnl: 

1. Change the subpanel to runTest.pnl
2. Edit Quick SCSN button and uncomment the lines indicated
3. Edit Reset button and comment out the last line
4. Edit New test button and uncomment the lines indicated

On SCRIPTS_2/main:

1. Change getResultNoCharge for getResult (before last line)
