DIMSERVER FOR PRETRIGGER: PTSS (Pretrigger Slim Server)

usage:
./bootstrap
./configure --host arm-linux-ublibc
make

if you have problems with compiling, you can still compile by typing:
"make -f oldMakefile"
but this compiles for local machine. To compile for different platform, 
such as "arm", you have to alter "oldMakefile" by changing:
CROSSCC = g++
into
CROSSCC = arm-linux-g++

start server by typing "./ptss" in installed directory
sorry, no install tree yet...
