Hi, Family: 42MX Die: A42MX09 Package: 100 PQFP Designer Ver. 7.1 Leonardo Spectrum Ver. 2005a.82 Problem: By default the output level for this family is LVTTL. I need CMOS. I can set it in the pin-editor, then when I save the design, exit and load it again, the CMOS settings are still there. BUT if I compile again my VHDL sources with the Leonardo and re-import the edif netlist, the pinout still remains but the CMOS settings are lost and the outputs are LVTTL. How can I avoid this? How can I set the CMOS option in the .tcl or in .pin files? For some of our products such as ProASIC3/E, Axcelerator, SX-A, RTSX-S and eX families it is possible to constrain a pin to an IO standard in the .TCL file but not for the MX family. For more information regarding the pin_assign TCL Command see the Designer User Guide Page 119 here: http://www.actel.com/documents/designer_ug.pdf This is an older product that didn't have this functionality when we introduced it.
